Complaint rights and refounds

FloorFred offers a 14 day return policy. Any product that you return must be in the same condition that you received it. Refunds for debit/credit/card purchases take approximately 5-10 business days, depending upon the bank. 

Also, we would kindly ask for our customers to give reason for the return to help us improve in the future.

You as the customer are responsible for return shipping when invoking the right of withdrawal. Also note that you as a customer have the financial responsibility for the return to us. When we have received the return, we will notify you by e-mail that the return has been received. Upon return to our warehouse, a refund of the return will take place as soon as the item is received and checked.
The money is returned to the same account from which the purchase was made. Unfortunately, we are not able to refund the money to another account.

Refund and KLARNA
When returning to the web shop, you will receive the money deposited on your card in the store, if your chosen payment method is an invoice, you must pay the invoice from Klarna within 14 days. Our web shop has no connection to Klarna's system. Upon return to our warehouse, a refund of the return will take place as soon as the return is received and checked. If you have paid by card, the money for the return is paid back into the card. If you pay with an invoice, the amount for the return is adjusted and you will find the updated invoice at

You only pay for the goods you keep and possibly. shipping fee and return fee. Complaint If your product is unlikely to have a defect and you want to make a complaint, get in touch and we'll do our best to sort it out asap!
However, no later than 10 days after you received the item. We want to arrange a new product or a refund as soon as possible.

FloorFred reserves the right to refuse a complaint if the product does not prove to be defective in accordance with current consumer protection law.

We reserve the right to make unpredictable events that could cause possible final sales, stock differences, delivery delays, price adjustments and technical errors. Furthermore, we reserve the right to make any errors in the image, text and / or price marking.

Delay and partial delivery
We do our best to ensure that you as a customer receive your order as soon as possible, but we reserve the right that the delivery time may vary due to high order pressure (eg for campaigns, temporary offers, electricity, eg Christmas shopping) as well as in circumstances over which we have no control, as Covid-19.

If for any reason we can not send your ordered item, we will inform you immediately. If we have already received payment for such an order, we will of course refund the current amount of the item, asap, using the same payment method you used when you placed your order.

Unredeemed package
Your package remains for 14 days in the store or at the chosen carrier's delivery point from the date you are notified that your package is available for collection. If you do not redeem the package after 14 days, it will be sent back to our warehouse. For packages that are not picked up, FloorFred reserves the right to charge you SEK 175 for return shipping and handling costs.

FloorFred is not responsible for packages that have been left outside the door or in a mailbox via customer approval. Examples of this are courier deliveries where the customer has actively chosen for the package to be left outside the door or deliveries to the mailbox (which for large packages can also be hung on the door). In the event of theft or lost package, the customer is responsible.

When ordering via the web shop, the web shop's stated prices apply. All prices in the web shop are stated in SEK and include applicable VAT, which is currently 25%. Shipping fee may be added to the order in accordance with our shipping terms.

Age limit
Sales are only made to private individuals over 18 years of age. Orders for credit purchases to persons under the age of 18 are not executed in accordance with Swedish law.
