Shipping and delivery
A confirmation on your order will be sent within 24 hours. If not the order hasn't gone through. We do our best to pack and distribute all couriers within 24 hours. Delays can of course always occur due to unforeseen reasons. FloorFred therefore does not guarantee delivery until a certain day and always reserves the right to delays. If an item cannot be distributed immediately, you as a customer will be informed. If an item is not in stock, or for some other reason cannot be delivered, you as a customer are offered options, alt. that item will be canceled from the order and any payments made by the Customer or its payment or credit card company regarding the order will in that case be refunded. As soon as your order is received, you will receive a confirmation email. FloorFred is not responsible for any courier company or transport company delivery times.
We deliver all international packages with DHL and Bring. We also do offer free pick up at our head office in Stockholm, Valhallavägen.
